An official application is required from everyone

Any person who previously submitted their name, expressed an interest in participating, volunteered verbally, or was included on an informal planning list must still complete the official online application at PVTRA.org.

Previously providing a name or expressing interest does not constitute an official application, appointment, acceptance, reservation of a committee position, or automatic enrollment.

Only applications submitted through the official PVTRA.org application form will be considered. Paper, email, text-message, telephone, social-media, and verbal submissions are not official applications.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or appointment. Applicants will be evaluated based on eligibility, committee needs, relevant experience, skills, availability, and required committee composition.

Microsoft Teams is the official committee workspace

Official meetings, files, assignments, discussions, recommendations, approvals, decisions, and records must be maintained in Teams. Material outside discussions must be transferred into Teams before action is taken.

Members will receive reasonable support and reminders. Repeated or deliberate failure to use the official system may result in suspension or removal from committee service; an innocent reminder or incidental communication does not automatically result in removal.
